I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Both state that the devices are working properly and drivers are installed. This will eliminate your USB mouse driver from being loaded on every start if that is the problem. KILL IT! Evrything is working fine and show up in Device Manager etc just like it is suppose to.I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to keep the "Found New Hardware" If you wish to undo this restore point you will need to go back into system restore. Here's what we been able to determine from the log files.On 4/8/2012, Windows detected 2 new instances of the printer. I couldn't pick a restore point from the moment the problem existed as in few months ago. Last night before I shut down both drives were present and working, this morning they are extinct.I attempted to physically uninstall/reinstall both drives and still nothing anywhere. like finally!

I logon into my laptop by using admin ID and always as admin as I don't create any other accounts. There are 3 files involved.
